LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

To unlock Darth Maul’s Scimitar in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, players will need to unlock and complete one of the shooting galleries.

Darth Maul’s Scimitar is one of over 50 starships that can be obtained in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, but there are a few requirements for unlocking it. A specific character or a disguise needs to be used to gain access to the side mission that unlocks Darth Maul’s Scimitar. To get started, players will need to have Theed on Naboo unlocked in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.

While playing through the main story missions in the prequel trilogy, Naboo will be unlocked to explore in Free Play. Once Theed is accessible, players will be able to unlock the side mission that awards Darth Maul’s Scimitar. In the landing zone, there’s a palace guard along the right wall that can be interacted with, but he will only give the mission to specific characters.

Captain Panaka and Captain Typho are the characters that can speak to the palace guard to unlock the shooting gallery that awards Darth Maul’s Scimitar. The “Battle Droid Beat Down” mission in Theed can be completed to unlock Captain Panaka, and Captain Typho is unlocked by progressing in Attack of the Clones. However, players can also use a Hero class character in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and wear a disguise and unlock the shooting range quicker. There are three racks near the palace guard that can be broken to retrieve the disguise.

How To Earn Gold In Naboo’s Shooting Gallery In LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

After wearing the disguise or unlocking either Captain Panaka or Captain Typho, players can speak to the palace guard to start the Theed shooting gallery on Naboo. This shooting gallery has five droid targets that pop up for a limited time, then go back down for a few seconds before coming back up. Players will need 2,500 points to earn gold and unlock Darth Mail’s Scimitar. Each droid is worth 100 points, so at least 25 need to be hit to unlock the ship.

The best characters in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga for this shooting gallery are ones that have a fast, steady rate of fire. Heroes, Villains, and certain Scoundrels can be used to quickly destroy the targets. The droids pop up in a pattern that players can follow to earn the maximum amount of points. While shooting, the crosshairs can be kept at the same level to sweep across the droids and take them out.

Even if it takes a few tries to get gold, players will still earn Stud rewards for silver and bronze. After earning over 2,500 points, Darth Maul’s Scimitar will be unlocked, but it still needs to be purchased for 100,000 Studs. Darth Maul’s Scimitar is a medium-sized starship with a very fast rate of fire, so it’s very useful for enemy encounters while exploring areas of space in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
