Some 90 Day Fiancé stars get revenge bodies to spite their exes. A few have lost drastic amounts of weight after their painful breakups.
90 Day Fiancé cast members who get revenge bodies are known for being trendsetters, and we’re going to talk about some of these reality stars today. The franchise revolves around 90DF relationships, and it’s commonplace for many 90 Day Fiancé romances to end. A breakup can be painful to move on from, and some 90DF stars decide that losing weight is the best way to spite their exes and make themselves feel better. Fans have witnessed plenty of TLC weight loss transformations, and some stars opt for bariatric or plastic surgery to get results, while others work out to change their shapes.
It’s true that most cast members do lose weight to either look younger for their current partners or get over their ex-boyfriends or ex-girlfriends (or former spouses). Although there’s nothing wrong with wanting to live a healthy lifestyle, stories of 90 Day Fiancé cast losing weight after splits have sometimes resulted in people winning their exes back. Getting a revenge body may have been the best thing certain celebs could have done in some cases, but their exes’ bashing them (and basing their opinions of them on their appearances) is never a good thing.
As tempting as it may sound, getting slim to get over a person may not entirely guarantee peace of mind. However, these stars did eventually find something that they are proud of, and their fans appreciate it too. To them, losing weight was really about making changes to make themselves feel better. Nevertheless, the revenge body trend is real, and these 90 Day Fiancé stars are proof of that:
Known for her “cold shoulder” top obsession, 90 Day Fiancé celeb Tiffany has been wearing all of her favorite outfits with confidence in social media photos, to show off her 80-pound weight loss. Ronald Smith wasn’t happy with Tiffany getting weight loss surgery, just like Angela Deem did, but she did it anyway, as the couple went through another breakup. Tiffany’s drastic transformation is courtesy of the gastric sleeve surgery that she underwent on June 15, 2021. Tiffany was at her heaviest (at almost 300 pounds) when she filmed the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Tell-All. For now, Tiffany is rapidly moving toward her goal weight of 190 pounds, and hopes to lose 18 more pounds. The reality star is 5′ 7″ inches tall.
Pillow Talk superstar Molly was married to Luis Mendez for a total of six months before she filed for divorce in January 2018. Molly soon started working on her revenge body transformation, after ending a very tough chapter in her life. Molly focused on staying healthy as she overcame heartbreak. By October, she was posting “results” photos on Instagram, and claiming that she was drinking a “30-day detox tea” daily for over six months, to lose more than 40 pounds. Molly was mindful of what she ate, and went from a size 14 to a size 10 as she continued slimming down. In her latest IG update in July, Molly confessed that she’s still losing weight, controlling her IBS, and sleeping better. She started at 223 pounds, and is now at 209, as she inches towards her goal of 195 pounds.
Big Ed Brown
After getting dumped by Rosemarie AKA Rose Vega on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, the notorious Big Ed found love on 90 Day: The Single Life, with another young woman. Experiencing heartbreak again after his breakup with Liz, Big Ed went on a fitness kick and transformed himself. Big Ed cut off his ponytail and sported a brand new “salt and pepper” look. He began going to the gym and posting workout videos on Instagram. As per Big Ed, the best way to lose weight is to get one’s heart broken, since after his first divorce, he lost 35 pounds. Big Ed’s split with Liz made him realize that he was 40 pounds overweight and unhappy with his appearance. By November 2021, he had lost 25 pounds. With Liz back in his life (they feature together in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7), 90 Day Fiancé star Big Ed wants to lose 15 more pounds by focusing on his diet.
