As one of YouTube’s most recognizable content creators with 23 million subscribers on his main channel, here’s how much Logan Paul earned in 2021.
Logan Paul is one of the most well-known personalities in the YouTube space, and many are curious to know exactly how much he earns each year. While Logan Paul’s main YouTube channel sits at over 23 million subscribers, YouTube is not his only focus. Branching out into the worlds of sport and cryptocurrency, amongst others, has given Paul multiple income streams and lucrative yearly earnings.
First making a name for himself on Vine, Logan Paul soon made the move over to YouTube in 2013, where he posted fast-paced vlogs featuring dangerous stunts and pranks. Since then, Logan Paul’s Youtube following has grown, and he has expanded his content into other avenues. In 2018, he and KSI – a fellow YouTuber – participated in the first Youtube amateur boxing match, watched by over 2.25 million live viewers. After a highly anticipated rematch in 2019, Paul set his sights higher and, in 2021, fought former five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition boxing match. Since the fight with Tyson, Paul has turned his attention to other endeavors, such as his successful podcast, Impaulsive, where he has previously chatted to guests such as Mike Tyson and Jordan Belfort.
How Much Logan Paul Made In 2021 From YouTube
Viewers were eager to see how Logan Paul would rank against other social media stars when all his income streams were combined and, thanks to Forbes’ list of the highest-paid YouTube stars, the top 10 earners of 2021 were unveiled. Competing against other rich Youtube stars like Mr. Beast and his brother Jake meant Logan Paul ultimately ranked ninth in the listing. As 2021 came to a close, Paul had made an incredible $18 million, and this can be attributed to the breadth of his financial portfolio. Although his ventures into boxing and podcasting provide large profits, Paul is also involved in cryptocurrency, Pokémon card collecting, and the newly emerging world of NFTs (Non-fungible tokens).
Although Logan Paul’s 2021 earnings were high, his audience speculates they could have been even higher if it weren’t for a few contributing factors. Speaking on a recent episode of his podcast, the Youtuber commented on his 2021 earnings. He stated that he would have been placed higher on the Forbes list had he received full payment after his fight with Floyd Mayweather, as the Logan Paul vs. Floyd Mayweather fight was a big success. In addition to this, Paul was also scammed after spending $3.5 million on a box of Pokemon cards, which turned out to be fake. Although he was refunded, the money he would have made from reselling the first edition cards would have boosted him further up the Forbes list.
The Forbes list displays just how much money can be made from YouTube and how someone like Logan Paul can capitalize on momentum and continue to grow his revenue. Both the launch of his new drinks company Prime – alongside former rival KSI – and the growth of the NFT market are indicators of further success for Paul in 2022. Despite his dissatisfaction over 2021’s rankings, Logan Paul’s earnings are set to increase exponentially, and it will be interesting to see where he places in 2022.
